LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT AS FACTOR OF INFLUENCE ON THE PROCESS OF INTERNATIONALISATION CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

Abstract
Local self-government occupies a special place among the internationalized spheres of constitutional-legal regulation, as it is the primary and only natural form of existence of human communities. The article examines the influence of the process of reforming local self-government as an important element of the internationalization of the legislation of the states in the process of their globalization and association. In the modern international community, local self-government is seen as an essential element of the constitutional order of democratic states. This is due to the fact that the establishment and functioning of the institution of local self-government in the territory of the state of the state corresponds to the general objective of the activity of the international community of states for the establishment of democratic statehood, a system of international peace and international security. Its legalization and functioning leads to the realization and protection of human rights. One of the ways of implementing the reform of local self-government is the formation of associations of territorial communities.
