Location Based Zonal QoS Routing Protocol in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks
Journal Title: International Journal of engineering Research and Applications - Year 2017, Vol 7, Issue 8
Abstract
In M2M communication, there is critical requirement of robust MAC protocol to enable multiple M2M devices to access the channel. For this purpose, a frame based hybrid MAC protocol consisting of CSMA-based contention period and TDMA based transmission period is presented in the literature. During contention period, the devices compete for the channel access and those devices which win a slot in transmission period will transmit the data using four-way handshaking mechanism to overcome the TDMA clock synchronization failure.

Monitoring of the Sulfur and Nano Silver in Water by Method of Laser Spectroscopy
We developed new automatic method that combines the method of forced lumines-cence and stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS). We used the method for the pathogens monitoring in water supply system earlier. We have resear...
Environmental Degradation Associated With Crude Oil Related Activities In The Niger Delta.
The Niger Delta region of Nigeria has, for decades, faced unprecedented environmental challenges due to the combined effects of oil spill and gas flaring resulting in biodiversity loss. As put by (Ogwu, et al, 2015),due...
Simultaneous Computing of Sets of Maximally Different Alternatives to Optimal Solutions
In solving many “real world” engineering optimization applications, it is generally preferable to formulate several quantifiably good alternatives that provide distinct perspectives to the particular problem. This is bec...
Nonlinear Modeling of Tilting-pad Bearings with Squeeze Film Dampers and Application to Flexible Rotor Analysis
Linearized bearing and squeeze film damper models have limits when the rotor undergoes severe unbalance conditions or large shaft vibrations. This paper presents a nonlinear modeling approach for a complex rotorbearing s...
