Locomotion Systems for Search and Rescue Robots
Journal Title: Robotica & Management - Year 2019, Vol 24, Issue 1
Abstract
In the first part of the paper the authors present some aspects regarding search and rescue robots, factors that might influence their design process and they are proposing several locomotion systems. The second part of the paper shows the search and rescue robots that use the proposed locomotion system. The end of the paper presents simulations of the proposed robots traveling on different surfaces.
