MAIN DIRECTIONS AND LEGISLATIVE BASIS FOR REFORMING THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the author examines the main regulations in the judicial system of Ukraine, analyzes the modern leg-islation reforming the judiciary, describes the the shortcomings in the organization of the judicial system in the country. The author also defines the main directions of reforming the judicial system in the organs and indicates the key aspects of the innovations in the sphere of the judicial system.
