Main directions of the enterprises crisis management concept development in Ukraine

Abstract
Introduction. The concept of crisis management is actively developing in the world and in Ukraine for a number of objective reasons. The further development of the concept depends on the synthesis of existing views and approaches, as well as the identification of possible areas for which it is expedient to increase the scientific work to achieve a high level of theoretical and methodological provision of crisis management. Purpose. The aim of the work is to establish the actual state and justify the prospects for the development of the concept of crisis management of enterprises in Ukraine. Results. The article generalizes the conceptual principles of crisis management of enterprises in Ukraine. It is emphasized on the inevitability of the development of the concept of crisis management in connection with the prevalence of crisis processes and phenomena. The differences between domestic and foreign concepts of crisis management are considered. The conceptual approaches to definition of principles, goals, goals, tasks and measures of crisis management are highlighted. It is emphasized on the differentiation of the structure of anti-crisis management, depending on the stage of the crisis and the type of economic activity. The emphasis is on the expediency of deepening the concept in the direction of developing personnel aspects. Conclusion. According to the results of the study, we conclude that the concept of crisis management in Ukraine is at the stage of active development, which is conditioned by the frequency and depth of crisis phenomena in the economy. Along with this, an overview of scientific sources on the issues of crisis management provides only limited attention from the scientific community to the problems of personnel provision of anti-crisis management. While financial aspects are elaborated in detail, practically no attention is paid to the impact of the crises themselves and the measures implemented in the framework of crisis management on efficiency and labor productivity, personnel motivation, organizational and psychological climate at the enterprise, which should be considered a promising direction for further researches.
