MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LEGAL DOCUMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of the basic requirements, which are placed at drawing up of legal documents. The main modern approaches to the definition of «legal document» are revealed. The classification of requirements for legal documents, which should include the legal requirements for the content of legal documents, logical, structural and language-linguistic requirements, is given, and their essence is disclosed.
