MAINTENANCE OF INFORMATION SAFETY OF THE PERSONNEL IN STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actuality of maintenance of information safety of the personnel in strategy of development of the enterprises. The level of information-psychological stability of personnel is determined by the information-psychological stability of its individual employees. The level of protection of an employee as an element of personnel is determined by the level of its security in all possible states in which it can be located, and in all possible states of transitions between them. A comprehensive assessment of the level of personnel security is proposed, which is determined by the integral indicator and uses the measure of its protection in various positions.
