MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN MODERN CONDITIONS: RATIONALE FOR INCLUDING TRAJECTORIES OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Purpose is to substantiate the components of the trajectory of development of educational organizations on the basis of improving the quantitative assessment of SWOT-analysis factors in modern management conditions. Methodology of research. In the course of research, general scientific and special methods were applied: scientific cognition, analysis, generalization and synthesis in identifying factors and improving the quantitative evaluation of SWOT analysis; abstract-logical – when summarizing the studies conducted and the formation of conclusions and directions for further research. Findings. During the conducted researches, the factors of internal and external context, which form the basis of SWOT-analysis of the activity of educational organizations of Ukraine, were identified in the work. The author of the article developed a questionnaire and conducted a survey, the results of processing the results of which, it is substantiated that the main components in the development path of the management of the activities of educational organizations of Ukraine at the present stage are: increased activity in the introduction of quality management systems, increasing the level of employment of graduates in the specialty and increasing the volume of scientific research in accordance with modern needs Economy and society, focusing on student-centered learning, a high level of competency in science-pedagogues cal staff of educational institutions of the country and further diversification of higher education. Originality. The methodical approach to the substantiation of the trajectory of development and management of the activity of educational organizations of Ukraine on the basis of quantitative assessment of SWOT-analysis factors, is improved in the article, which, unlike existing ones, is quite simple and understandable in the mathematical application and complexity of evaluating the external and internal context of the activity of educational organizations, taking into account the probability of occurrence of various situations in conditions of international openness. Practical value. The results can be applied by educational organizations to select the trajectory of their development and ensure the effectiveness of management decision-making that will enable them to create competitive advantages in the market of educational services in modern conditions.
