Abstract
In the article the existing theory, the development of management model of the labor potential of the enterprise. The concept of management of development of labor potential of railway transport based on innovation-oriented approach to management. This approach will allow to generate strong employment potential of the company, aimed at achieving the strategic objectives of the development of railway transport.
