Management education in an economic crisis vs. good practices in accounting

Abstract

The capital market provides new challenges for accounting associated with financial reporting information and value based management, which are determined using IAS/ 1FRS. Simultaneously, entities have to adapt the financial reporting rules for specific entity activities and information needs of all stakeholders. In this context we can find a problem regarding responsibility disclosures, for example information capital in entities. This paper discusses the growing importance of transparency and the CSR concept conducted by organizations within the corporate governance system in economic crises, which is determined by changes in teaching – the use of good practices.
