Management educational-educate by process of initial school in modern terms

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of the current state of the system of management of primary education in Ukraine and the tendencies of improving this process as one of the main directions of the management strategy, the interaction of control and control subsystems at different (strategic, tactical and operational) levels. The changes that are taking place in the management of the process of education and upbringing in the present conditions are analyzed: provision of purposeful and systematic educational impact of teachers on students. The author focuses on the social order of society about the school, which is defined as the formation of a viable competitive personality. The article deals with the questions of reviewing and rethinking the purpose and content of the processes of education, education and management in educational institutions, the role of administration and the teaching staff in the management process. The author draws attention to the need to develop a management education process that meets the goals of management and education at the present stage and the search for effective technologies for managing the educational process of the elementary school to update all aspects of its activities.
