Management in the educational organizations: essence and function

Abstract
On the basis of the analysis and synthesis of the operating Ukrainian legislation in educational sphere, researches of scientific and modern changes in an educational society definition of the modern educational organization as social institute and as subject of managing is generated. According to generalization of works of classics and contemporaries in the field of management and educational sphere the basic concepts opening essence, the subject, object and functions of management by the educational organization are proved.
