Management of enterprise competition potential on principles of strategic and system approaches

Abstract
Introduction. Success with the achievement the high level of competitiveness is real at the terms of effectively built control system by an enterprise, namely management of him by competition potential. In market conditions a concept «competition potential» acquires large actuality, as one of fundamental descriptions the firmness of enterprise and his development in a prospect. The purpose of the article is to show the essence of basic constituents competition potential of enterprise, determination the internal and external factors of influence on competition potential of enterprise, and also development the conceptual chart process of management competition potential on principles of strategic and system approaches. Results. For the sake the increase efficiency management competition potential expediently the use of strategic approach which consists of complex of processes and facilities the development and realization brief-case the marketing competition strategies of enterprise with the aim the realization of the flexible reacting on changes in a competition environment and receipts of competitive edges on a long-term prospect. Conclusion. In the process the theoretical ground the essence of strategic management of enterprise competition potential basic approaches and principles of forming and functioning of competition potential were certain. The brought chart over of strategic management competition potential will assist more rational use of resources, providing of the effective use the combined potential, and also to providing of steady development of enterprise in the future.
