Management of organizational changes to ensure strategic flexibility and competitiveness of the enterprise

Abstract

In the article the relevant problems that hinder the process of implementing changes in the organization are analyzed, the degree of acceptance of changes by employees depending on the attitude to the provided information is studied, the possible causes of resistance to changes from the side of employees are assessed and ways to overcome them to ensure strategic flexibility and competitiveness of the enterprise are offered.
