Management of public finances as part of public administration reform of Ukraine

Abstract
Separate element of public administration reform identified reform of public finances. It was found that the implementation of the legislation on public finances is not very efficient. The legal framework regulating the management of public finances still unstructured, not only institutional space created legal management of public finances. The term “public finances” is proposed to introduce in the leg- islation of Ukraine.
