MANAGEMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY OF THE BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE ON THE BASIS OF APPLICATION OF THE LOGISTIC APPROACH

Abstract
The article considers the logistics approach to enterprise management through the formation, analysis and logistization of business processes. The essence of the notions of effectiveness and efficiency of the enterprise's activity is considered, which is the basis for the formation of a system of quantitative indicators for measuring these categories. The algorithm of management actions for optimization of business processes on the basis of their logistization and forecasting of the effect from the adopted decisions using the calculation of the "lever of logistics" is proposed.
