Abstract
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням залучення фінансових ресурсів суб’єктами господарювання шляхом випуску корпоративних облігацій. Розглянуто порядок емісії корпоративних облігацій, їх переваги та недоліки для емітентів. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку корпоративних облігацій в Україні, а також окреслено перспективи їх використання як джерела залучення фінансових ресурсів.
