Management systems based on the criterion of quality in the energy

Abstract
Aim of this paper is to present concepts and strategies for energy management in Poland and the world taking into account in their operations the pro-quality factors. They have a vital importance for the development and competitiveness of this sector in Poland and the world. A growing number of energy companies adapting to the demands of the market is able to achieve competitive advantage through the use of tools for continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness at the level of processes and companies.
