MANAGEMENT WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT OF A BUILDING ENTERPRISE ON THE BASIS OF LOGISTICS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of warehouse management of a construction enterprise on the basis of logistics. An important logistics solution for the warehouse economy of the construction company was the determination of the optimal batch of purchases. Discounts were taken into account for the volume of procurement and logistics costs that were associated with the purchase, transportation and preservation of the goods. Further calculations made it possible to determine the optimal number of loader crews (service channels), in which there would be no queues, and the total costs of the system would be the smallest and equal to 2.
