Abstract

The paper reflects theories and examples of good practice on the correct application of legislation in the field of rewarding employees, analyzing the appropriate salary and correlating the latter, with work efficiency and productivity that determines performance, reflected in turn by the indicators of the nature of the elements that make up the annual financial statements of a company operating under conditions of profitability in Resita.
