Managerial competence of a manager for the successful development of the educational sector of a region

Abstract
Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the author found an urgency to address the question of management responsibility development in the leader of a general education establishment, like a high school. This article is about the modernization of the educational process, especially in school, and the requirements for the professional competence of the leader.
