Abstract
Considered the development of map semiotic and theoretic-methodological positions "Metacartography" A.F. Aslanikashvili, his semiotic elements of content maps. They are supplemented by the development of color-thematic component as necessary their attribute, which previously lacked map semiotic. Some changes in graphics settings variables mark J. Bertin, which generally justifies any number of display elements of content objects of reality.
