MARKET OF REAL ESTATE IN THE GLOBAL BUSINESS SYSTEM: ECONOMIC AND EVOLUTIONARY ESSENCE

Abstract
In the article the economic nature of the real estate is investigated, because of the clarification of its functional purpose as a specific economic good; on the one hand, it carries out important economic, social and public functions as a subject of personal or collective consumption in the form of residential real estate, land, cottages, as well as other social infrastructure objects. On the other hand, as a real financial asset, real estate in the form of commercial real estate is one of the most important productive resources for the production of goods and services in order to profit. Also, objects of real estate are considered as so-called conditional financial assets that are acquired for the purpose of further profitable resale, lease of property or provision of financial instruments.
