MARKETING APPROACHES TO THE WHOLESALER TRADE OF DAIRY PRODUCTS OF THE BLACK SEA REGION

Abstract
The article presents a theoretical analysis of publications, in which issues of the food commodity development in Ukraine, in particular dairy products, were discussed. The author presents the trend of the dairy products cost in wholesale and reveals that the wholesale price of dairy products has increased 2.24 times over the past seven years. The author studies the ratio of the inventory costs of and wholesale turnover of dairy products. The author notes a low level of supply trade warehouses with dairy products for the period 2011-2016.
