Abstract
The author tells about the objective civil and truth rule-making in this article. The attention applies on the necessity of dissociation of judicial investigation from contentionness of parties in the context of civil realization. As the conclusion, going out properties of collection and searching proofs in civil procedure, a comparative analysis is given to practical application of proofs’ bringing mechanism in a process.
