Abstract
MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE TEMPERATURE REGIME OF THE ELECTRIC HEATING AGGREGATE. Zvorykin V.B., Mikhalyov A.I., Stanchits G.Y. Abstract The authors gave the main attention to the automation of thermal units. The automatic control system (ACS) temperature control electric heating furnace was considered. ACS includes a chain of linear and nonlinear units. Units are connected in series. The main non-linearity caused by PID- regulator, phase controller and thyristor voltage regulator. It is shown that: non-linearity of the transmitter due to a phase controller and thyristor voltage regulator; lower limit PID temperature regulator can be ignored because it is below the lower threshold, the dead zone of the thyristor voltage regulator. The lag time constant, the time constant, the coefficient of transmission of the control object (an electrical heating furnace and the temperature sensor) were determined by experimental furnace acceleration curve. It was found that the transfer function of control object described aperiodic element. The effect of the delay in the transition processes in the ACS can be neglected because of its smallness. Comparison chart of the transition process in the aperiodic element, obtained by the Simulink model and oven-acceleration curve shows their good coincidence (rms error is 7.3 ОС). The block diagram of the ACS furnace temperature in view of structural limitations was composed on the basis of the analysis of individual elements and control object.
