Abstract
A parameter characterizing physical-geographic properties of the given region has been imported to the hydrodynamic equation describing microcirculation processes. The present theory has explained the growth of daily temperature gradient and the accumulation of dust and other composites in large quantities in the air stratum above the ground in big cites (Tbilisi).
