MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF HYDRODYNAMICS IN SINGLE USE BIOREACTOR

Abstract
The article is devoted to the illumination of modern equipment for the cultivation of mammalian cells. The paper examines existing research, advantages and disadvantages of disposable bioreactors. The authors proposed a new design of the apparatus and created a mathematical model of the process of hydrodynamics. The critical shear stress of mammalian cells for the proposed design is determined.
