MEANING OF THE CONCEPT OF “TIME CATEGORIES” IN THE ECONOMIC PROCESS

Abstract
The theoretical questions of determination and formation of the meaning of the concept, types and content of time categories in economic legal proceeding are researched. The significance of time categories in economic legal proceeding is highlighted through the prism of timeliness, its principles and general purpose. The concept of time categories is multifunctional and promotes quick review of cases in economic legal proceeding which indicates its importance as a certain economic-procedural category.
