THE CURRENT STATE OF THE EXISTING MORATORIUM ON THE ALIENATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND AND THE PROSPECTS FOR ITS EXTENSION

Abstract
The article investigates existing in the territory of the moratorium on alienation of land legislation regulated agricultural land. Characterized overall necessity and expediency of the current land market in Ukraine, given the factual circumstances in the country. Studied aspects necessary to use an open land market similar international experience. Processed bill “On amendments to Section X “Transitional Provisions” of the Land Code of Ukraine on the extension of the prohibition of alienation of agricultural land”, which formed the extension of the moratorium.
