SPECIFIC QUESTIONS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF SPOUSES’ COMMON JOINT PROPERTY UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE: QUESTIONS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
This article deals with specific questions of legal regulation of spouses’ common joint property under the legislation of Ukraine and enforce-ment practices. Academics’ positions regarding definition of term “spouses’ acquired property”, grounds for the emergence of spouses’ common joint property and property rights and obligations of man, woman that live together without registration of marriage are being analyzed. Specific solutions of legal regulation of these controversial issues are being proposed.
