THE USING OF EVIDENCES AS THE STAGE OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL PROOF

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the using of the evidences as a stage of criminal procedural proof. Based on the results of the analysis of theoretical concepts, the essence and content of the using of the evidences in procedural and tactical aspects are solved. The using of the evidences as the mental and practical activity of the subjects of the proof concerning to operation by the evidences, directed to installation of the facts and circumstances, which have a meaning for criminal proceedings, are characterized.
