MECHANISM OF CIVIL REGULATION: THEORETIC-METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article is dedicated to key principles of understanding the mechanism of civil regulation. The meaning of the concept of «legal regulation of civil relations» has been clarified; the problem of relation between legal regulation and legal effect has been studied. Instrumental, activity, systemic and comprehensive methodological approaches have been studied, in terms of which it is possible to understand these problems and the results of their application in civil law.
