Mechanism of strategic controlling in the state regulation of the national economy

Abstract
The article develops the mechanism of strategic control in the state regulation of the national economy. The cyclic segments of the strategic control mechanism are defined. The structure of objects of strategic control is explored. The principles of strategic control in the system of state regulation of the national economy are formed, each of which ensures an appropriate level of performance of the tasks by controlling entities, which in turn increases the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the respective actions and processes. It is proposed to select the most effective methods of strategic control in the state regulation depending on the set goal, the range of tasks and the subjective approach to achieve the desired result, which should coincide with the objective of strategic control. Thus, the developed mechanism of strategic control in the state regulation of the national economy involves the combination of elements of the permanent generation of ways to optimize state regulation, taking into account the relevant stages and their segmental components that enable the implementation of the main goals for the tasks. The choice of the most effective methods of strategic control in the state regulation depends on the goal, the range of tasks and the subjective approach to achieve the desired result, which should coincide with the goal of strategic control. Consequently, a group of strategic controlling methods can include potential analysis, system analysis, SWOT analysis, mathematical correlation analysis, and so on.
