MECHANISMS OF STATE QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF GENERAL MEDIUM ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The mechanism of state quality management of the GMEE is a dynamic organism, exposed to external factors, namely: educational policy, tasks solved by education, content that is enclosed in the term "quality of education", socio-economic conditions of development of Ukraine and GMEE systems. Regarding the essence and peculiarities of the mechanism of state quality management of the GMEE, we started from the socio-economic component. Therefore, under the mechanism of state quality management of the GMEE we understand the constituent part of the hierarchical system of public administration of education, which is based on the state-public management form and provides managerial influence on various factors from which the quality of the GMEE directly or indirectly depends on the outcome, process and system.
