MECHANISMS OF STATE REGULATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
In this article the essence and main tool of the mechanisms of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine are formed. The problem of regulatory mechanisms in Ukraine is highlighted. Formed the main functions, tools and methods that govern the state in the regulation of entrepreneurship. The role of the state in regulation of economy and functioning of business entities is revealed. The international experience of state regulation of the enterprise is described. The specified statistics and examples of specific countries. There are ways to overcome the problems of stimulating small and medium businesses. On the basis of analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific sources, the weaknesses of the mechanisms of state regulation of entrepreneurship in Ukraine are highlighted. Proposed conclusions and suggested directions of improvement of state regulation with the purpose of improvement and development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
