Mechanisms of warning ethno-separatist conflicts

Abstract
The necessity of working out the mechanisms as for the ethnoseparatist conflicts prevention is proved. The author analyses the basic principles of consocionalism as an instrument of creating corresponding conditions in multiethnical states under which the possibility of ethnoseparatist conflict is decreased. The author proves that the crossborder cooperation can be used for softening ethnic tension.
