Political reflection value-sense space and geostrategic implementation self-identification

Abstract
Value and sense space as a major factor of geopolitical self-identification is studied. Its basic components and the vector changes are considered. Features of the regulatory impact are analysed. Postmodern modelling capabilities of social processes are characterized. The relationship between analysis, forecasting and design (both positive and negative) impact on the phenomena and processes is demonstrated.
