MEDIATION IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PROSPECTS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the experience of foreign mediation procedure to resolve of criminal and law conflicts in countries, such as the USA, England, Belgium and Spain, is explored. It is analyzed the criminal and procedural legislation of Ukraine, including the Institute of conciliation, which is a prerequisite for the introduction of mediation.
