Abstract
This article is dedicated to the analysis of the dynamics of the total number of abortions in the Crimea, the portion of artificial abortions per 100 births, per 1000 women of childbearing age in 2006-2010. We marked tendencies in these rates to decrease, the differences among rural and urban population. The prevalence in using of intrauterine devices and oral hormonal contraceptives was studied in the population of Crimea. Key words: abortion, reproductive
