Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the legal status of medicinal products in the customs sphere, as well as the formation of theoretical approaches to a number of issues concerning the transfer of pharmaceutical products across the customs border of Ukraine. Also, separate problems are raised regarding the placement of medicines in specific customs regimes.
