Abstract
In this article explores the mental foundations of bioethics in Kyrgyzstan. Bioethics is a new form of the spiritual and practical activity of a person, which is aimed not only at changing the environment and the society, but at preserving, in the process of changing life itself and protecting its foundations. One of the sources of the genesis of bioethics is the biotechnological revolution, its impact on medicine, on the relationship between the medical worker and the patient, and on the complex of sciences that study the individual.
