MERCHANDISING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TOFFEES OF DIFFERENT BRANDS

Abstract

A merchandising expertise of toffees, sold in the retail trade network, on organoleptic, physicochemical and microbiological indicators was carried out. It has been established that for some organoleptic and physicochemical indices iris of several brands (TM «Svoya Liniya», TM «Roshen», TM «Klim», TM «Asol») did not meet the current quality requirements. Evaluation of the quality of packaging and labeling of toffee samples showed that the packaging and labeling of iris of all brands examined corresponded to the established requirements for this type of product.
