Metaphorical correlations of the concept NIGHT in the poetic discourse of Great Britain in the ХХ-ХХІ century

Abstract
The article focuses on the conceptual metaphor of the concept NIGHT in the modern poetic discourse of Great Britain. Verbal implementation of the transformations of the cognitive metaphor under analysis, such as extending, questioning, specialization and combining have been featured.
