Method of assessing the disproportions between regional developments

Abstract
The main mathematical and statistical methods for assessing the level of development of regions were described in the article. The author's method of estimating the disparity of regional development, which is based on the principles of balance and "core indicators" were proposed. Assessment of the level of regional development disparities were conducted in three areas of economic, social and environmental. The classifications of the regions in terms of regional development disparities were proposed.
