METHODICAL APPROACH TO EVALUATING THE INDICATOR OF EFFICIENCY OF FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF OPERATIONS WITH HOUSING REAL ESTATE

Abstract
The features of obtaining financial services in the market of residential real es-tate are explored. The analysis of the current conditions for the functioning of the construction financing fund for conducting operations in the market is carried out. The main criteria for obtaining an investor's benefit from housing financing through construction financing funds have been determined. Variants of benefits regarding the nature of financial services in the residential real estate market are described. A general methodical approach to the evaluation of the financial services efficiency index for the implementation of transactions with residential real estate was developed.
