Methodical approach to evaluation of operational efficiency management state of the enterprise

Abstract
The existing tools for assessing the state of management of operational efficiency of the enterprise are systematized. The priority directions of its improvement are determined. The methodical approach to assessing the state of operational efficiency management of the enterprise is proposed based on two analytical projections "Operational perfection level", "Operational results". The proposed methodological approach has been tested on the brewing enterprises of Ukraine on the basis of the formation of a set of relevant indicators of activity.
