METHODICAL APPROACH TO EVALUATION OF THE LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCES OF EMPLOYEES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article analyzes approaches to assessing the labor potential of enterprises, highlights their advantages and disadvantages. The evaluation of the labor potential of railway enterprises is proposed on the basis of assessing the level of development of the competences of railway transport enterprises. A methodical approach is developed for assessing the level of development of the competences of railway transport enterprises employees, which consists of identifying integrated indicators of key competencies, which allows assessing the level of development of each competency and developing an effective mechanism for developing the labor potential of railway enterprises.
