Methodical Aspects of Realisation of the Mechanism of the State-private Partnership

Abstract
The article speaks about additional possibilities of regional development by means of use of schemes of the state-private partnership in financing investment projects and development of regional mechanisms of stimulation of concession schemes, especially in the projects of social infrastructure. The article considers instruments of realisation of projects of the state-private partnership, identifies goals and significance of these projects for each participant. It analyses different schemes of project financing with an accent on financing by means of the funds of the Investment fund and Foreign Trade Bank. It identifies factors that have positive and negative impact on realisation of the projects of the state-private partnership.
