METHODICAL BASES OF ESTIMATION OF THE SHADOW FINANCIAL FLOWS IN THE ECONOMY

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence and consequences of economic shadowing for the country's economic development. The expediency of improving the existing system of estimating the level of shadow financial flows is substantiated. The conclusion about the imperfection of the existing system of calculating the level of shadowing is made. The most common methods of estimating the level of shadow economy used in Ukraine and some countries of the world are investigated. The peculiarities of their application are determined. Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The most expedient to use in Ukraine taking into account the current state of the country's economy and its level of shadowing is determined.
